This is a translation for your convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of KingPDF (website and apps), a set of tools to work with PDF files.
2. Permitted use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to process content you do not have rights to. The “Unlock PDF” tool may only be used on documents whose password you legitimately know.
3. Service limits
- Web version: up to 100 MB per task (50 MB for Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF; 200 pages for OCR). Larger files require the app.
- We apply technical usage limits to ensure stability and prevent abuse.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.
5. Intellectual property
Your documents are yours. The software, design and brand of KingPDF belong to Oscar Ricardo Damian Garcia.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Always keep a copy of your original documents. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from imperfect conversions.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. The courts of the State of Mexico shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
